1. How the promotion works
Adventure Share, LLC is offering a limited Founding Host Promotion for eligible bike owners in Northwest Arkansas.
The first 10 eligible participants who complete the required steps can earn up to $200 total:
- $50 Listing Bonus after the bike listing is approved and the host completes identity and payout verification.
- $150 First Rental Bonus after that approved bike completes its first qualifying rental through Adventure Share.
This is not a contest, sweepstakes, or random drawing. Bonuses are earned by completing the requirements below.
2. Promotion dates
The promotion starts on August 8, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time.
The promotion ends at the earliest of:
- December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time;
- The date all 10 Founding Host spots have been claimed and verified; or
- The date Adventure Share ends or suspends the promotion as allowed under these rules.
Adventure Share may continue accepting regular bike listings after all 10 promotional spots have been filled, but those later listings will not qualify for this promotion.
3. Who can participate
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.

You claim a spot only after all of the following are complete:
- You submit a complete bike listing.
- Adventure Share approves the listing.
- You complete all required identity verification.
- You set up an approved payout method.
Starting a listing does not reserve a spot.
Submitting a listing does not reserve a spot.
Your place is based on the date and time Adventure Share confirms that every required step has been completed.
Adventure Share’s records will determine who qualified first.
5. What counts as an eligible bike listing
Your bike listing must:
- Be located in the Northwest Arkansas service area.
- Be safe, working, and ready to rent.
- Include the correct make, model, type, size, condition, and relevant features.
- Include clear, current photos of the actual bike.
- Include an accurate description.
- Include a reasonable rental price.
- Include accurate availability.
- Meet Adventure Share’s safety and maintenance requirements.
- Be reviewed and approved by Adventure Share.
Adventure Share may ask for additional information, including:
More photos.
Proof that you own the bike.
The bike’s serial number.
Maintenance information.
Other information needed to review the listing.
Adventure Share may reject a listing that is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, unavailable, improperly priced, or otherwise not appropriate for the promotion.
6. How to earn the $50 Listing Bonus
You earn the $50 Listing Bonus once all of the following are complete:
- You submit a complete bike listing.
- Adventure Share approves the listing.
- You complete identity verification.
- You set up an approved payout method.
- You are confirmed as one of the first 10 qualifying Founding Hosts.
Once these requirements are completed, the $50 Listing Bonus is earned.
You do not have to complete a rental to receive the $50 Listing Bonus.
You do not have to keep your bike listed for a minimum number of days in order to keep the $50 Listing Bonus.
The $50 Listing Bonus is limited to one payment per person, account, and household.
Listing more than one bike does not earn additional $50 bonuses.
Adventure Share expects to pay the $50 Listing Bonus within 30 days after all listing and verification requirements have been completed.
7. What happens if you remove your listing
You may remove or deactivate your bike listing at any time.
If you have already earned the $50 Listing Bonus, removing your listing will not require you to return the $50 simply because you chose to stop listing your bike.
However, your bike must be active and available for rental if you want the opportunity to earn the additional $150 First Rental Bonus.
If you deactivate your listing before completing a qualifying rental, you will not earn the $150 First Rental Bonus unless you reactivate the qualifying listing and complete an eligible rental before the promotion ends.
Adventure Share may still withhold, cancel, or recover the $50 Listing Bonus if the original listing was fraudulent, intentionally misleading, fake, or created mainly to improperly obtain the promotional payment.
8. How to earn the $150 First Rental Bonus
A qualifying Founding Host can earn an additional $150 First Rental Bonus after the approved bike completes its first qualifying rental through Adventure Share.
You must first qualify for the $50 Listing Bonus before you can receive the $150 First Rental Bonus.
The qualifying rental must be fully completed by December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time, unless Adventure Share extends the deadline in writing.
Adventure Share expects to pay the $150 First Rental Bonus within 30 days after the rental is completed and verified.

- Frame size.
- Location.
- Pricing.
- Availability.
- Time of year.
- Photos.

Adventure Share may change, suspend, or end the promotion if fraud, technical problems, safety concerns, legal requirements, or events outside its reasonable control interfere with the promotion.
Adventure Share may also extend the promotion if fewer than 10 hosts qualify.
Material changes will be posted in the Adventure Share app or on the Adventure Share website.
A change will not take away a bonus that was properly earned unless:
The participant violated these rules.
The listing or rental is later found to be ineligible.
